Renting forgot who it was for. We didn't.

Our Mission

Make renting easy.

Somewhere along the way, renting stopped serving the two people it exists for — the renter looking for a home and the owner offering one — and started serving everyone standing between them. We think that's backwards, and we built Livvng to prove it.

Not built for agents. Not built for advertisers. Built for the only people who matter — the one looking for a home, and the one offering it.

The rental industry never had its reinvention. When listings moved from newspaper classifieds to the internet, nothing really changed — the same ads on a new screen, the same fake postings, the same bait-and-switch photos, the same low trust. On that foundation, no real marketplace could exist. Legacy platforms perfected their revenue streams instead: ads, upsells, lead fees. The renting itself stayed broken.

We started from a different question. Not “how do we monetize listings” — but what would it take for a renter to commit to a home they've never visited, and for an owner to lease a unit without hosting a single showing?

The answer didn't exist in rentals yet, so we built it. Computer vision that turns one scan into a listing more revealing than an in-person tour: exact dimensions, photoreal walkthroughs, floor plans measured to the inch, every detail verified because we captured it ourselves. When seeing the listing beats seeing the unit, there's nothing left to schedule, stage, or take on faith. The entire rental happens digitally — and trust isn't a promise we make. It's what the technology earns.
